Olivia Garcia is the Founder and CEO of RedLipstick Creative, a Latina- and Veteran-owned creative problem-solving firm built on the belief that challenges are catalysts.
As a thought leader and social alchemist, Olivia sees obstacles as invitations to think differently, connect deeply, and uncover possibility. Her work is rooted in the idea that growth doesn’t come from avoiding challenges—it comes from embracing, reimagining, and using them as fuel to build stronger organizations and more resilient people.

A U.S. Navy veteran and MBA graduate, Chris is known for transforming complexity into clarity, leading teams with focus, and building systems that enable growth.
With a career spanning technology, healthcare, logistics, and leadership roles, Chris has learned that true impact comes from aligning vision with execution. His ability to navigate high-pressure environments—whether in service, business, or community—has shaped his belief that challenges are opportunities to lead with integrity and adaptability.
At RedLipstick Creative, Chris partners with organizations and individuals to design solutions that are both strategic and human-centered. For him, problem-solving is more than operational—it’s about empowering people, strengthening systems, and creating pathways for long-term success.

SERGEY IVANNIKOV
Sergey Ivannikov is the Founder & CEO of Russian American Media, a leading multimedia company serving California’s Russian-speaking community. After immigrating to the United States in 1995, he mastered a new language, earned a degree in computer engineering, and launched the first digital print shop serving Slavic businesses. He soon founded Russian American Media, which grew into a full-spectrum advertising and media enterprise, publishing the first Slavic business directory, a Russian-language newspaper, and an English-language magazine.
Under his leadership, the company has also become a key producer of major multicultural community events, uniting business, civic, and political leaders with thousands of families and young people each year. Sergey’s work reflects his dedication to celebrating cultural heritage, fostering integration, and building bridges across communities.
He is a Founding Member of the Slavic–American Chamber of Commerce, active in local Chambers, and has served on the boards of numerous organizations, including the Council For Cross-Cultural Affairs, Sacramento World Music & Dance Festival, John Maxwell Live2Lead, Los Rios Foundation, Sacramento District Attorney Multi-Cultural Community Council, Capital Public Radio, Luis Palau Sacramento Festival, CalExpo State Fair Multi-Cultural Board, Word To Russia, Wells Fargo Community Advisory Board, Census, World Autism & Savant Foundation, Gateway Community Charters Foundation, Smile For A Lifetime Foundation, Global Heart Care, APAPA PAC, and Solving Sacramento.
